About this Event
Join us at Plantiitas for a special event celebrating the bilingual release of Jesus Trejo's second children's book - Mamás Magnificent Dancing Plantitas! Meet the creators, enjoy a reading en Inglés and Español, and get your hands dirty with a repotting workshop for kids and other interactive activities. Don't miss out on this opportunity to cultivate the love for books with fellow plant lovers and to support local creators. This event is brought to you by local small businesses and people who love Long Beach - Plantiitas, Casita Bookstore, and Empowered Corazones.
Your $20 ticket includes:
- Event entry for 1 adult and up to 2 kids (or 2 adults who are kids at heart)
- 1 English or Spanish signed copy of the book per family
- LIVE Reading en Inglés and Español
- Replanting workshop & sensory activities for kids
