The session will begin with a calming, 20-minute meditation led by Yvonne Hernandez, founder of Decide Balance and host of the Decide Balance Podcast. Yvonne, a Chopra Center-certified meditation teacher and Reiki Master, will guide us through a grounding experience to help us feel present and relaxed. She shares her journey of healing through meditation after being diagnosed with vitiligo, a condition affecting skin pigmentation.
After the meditation, the group will enjoy some quiet writing time with Nicole Moreno-Deinzer, branding strategist, YouTuber, and writer. Nicole, a Latina entrepreneur and founder of Just Nicole Co. and co-founder of A La Mode Branding, will encourage participants to tap into their creativity.
During the writing session, kids and adults alike will have the chance to explore their imagination in whatever way feels best. Whether you're writing a story, creating a poem, journaling, or letting your thoughts flow freely, this time is yours to explore and express.
